I am going to reveal how to incinerate your arm fat by taking your metabolism to the next level. Your metabolism is the amount of calories your body burns per unit of time. Increasing your metabolism, or the amount of calories you burn, will strip the arm fat right off your arms.
Also keep in mind that your metabolism is mostly under your control. Please do not buy into the outdated argument that you inherit and are stuck with a fast or slow metabolism. You see, nothing could be further from the truth!
Here are 4 metabolism tweaks that will allow you to take control right now:
1. Early exercise. Exercising early in the day is one of the best things you can do for your metabolism. Not only will you burn a surplus of calories throughout the entire day, but the majority of the food you eat will be partitioned towards all your active tissues.
2. Keep your workouts short and to the point. Working out for hours on end is unnecessary, painful and counterproductive. All that’s needed is a hard 45 minute workout (30 minutes if you go really hard). The resulting EPOC (exercise post oxygen consumption) will have you burning additional calories 36 hours after the workout, even while you sleep.
3. Hydrate between meals. In between meals, your body uses stored water to digest food. This process dehydrates you. You have to drink small amounts of water between meals to compensate for this because dehydration will decrease your metabolism. You see, a well hydrated body is a metabolically active body.
4. Do not drop calories by more than 20%. Do this, and your thyroid will decrease output. Your thyroid controls how fast your metabolism is. You will also produce more fat-producing enzymes. So do not cut calories by too much.
Thus, dropping calories by leaps and bounds slows down arm-fat-burning. This is the main reason many women who are following 1000 calorie diets can no longer lose weight.
After all, your metabolism has ultimate control over how many calories you burn. And if you burn more calories, you will lose more arm fat.
