So, we did some research and found how others in your circumstance go about to do this when they travel. So, here are some tips just for you.</p>
<p>One of the first tips we can give you is to make plans by calling ahead. Now, naturally you cannot do this with every place you travel to, but there are some places in which a simple call can be made. These are airlines, cruises, and then some hotels. When they know that you have a diet in which you have to follow, they will have a meal there that you can eat. These are for those places in which you will spend a good amount of time.</p>
<p>Another tip that we can give for you who are the ones who need help with eating a gluten free diet when traveling is to pack snacks. As you know with traveling, almost anything can happen. If you have those gluten free snacks that you like so much like nuts handy, then if for some reason or another you get delayed, you have something to munch on if you find yourself feeling a little off due to hunger.</p>
<p>When you travel to another country, you might have to try explaining to the waiter what the disease is that you have and you might have to figure out how to explain to them that you cannot eat anything with gluten in it. Yet, you might wonder how you do this. One method is going to a few sites that you can find when you go to a search engine. These cards explain everything in detail in a few languages so you are able to communicate that you cannot have gluten.</p>
<p>Some people will tell you to ask the waiter. They might be able to cook something up with the kitchen staff so that you are able to enjoy a meal without all the gluten. Some of the restaurants might not list everything that a meal has in it. So as to help yourself, ask what is in it and other questions that you need to ask. When you explain why you need to do this, the waiter should be very understanding.</p>
<p>If you are looking for the right spot to go, the best place to ask are the locals. They are used to the restaurants in which they live by. They might even be able to help you find a dish that would be suitable for you. Maybe they can tell you a place where the staff is great and therefore, you can get more questions without getting rude waiters.</p>
<p>The last thing is to go when there is not a crowd. This is what you should also ask the locals so you can beat the crowds. This benefits you because if there are not a whole bunch of people in front of you, the kitchen is a lot better at working with you to get a gluten free order. They will not have as many orders to fill which will allow you to have the meal you need and them the customers they want.</p>
<p>What used to be so hard to do is no longer a task. These tips have helped a number of people who have needed help with this as they travel. Sometimes, you find it frustrating and this is especially true if you go to another country, but hopefully you find this helpful. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It&#8217;s the very last day for me on the 500 calorie per day portion of the HCG diet. using the drops and limiting my food intake to the 500 calories and the approved foods has made a definite difference. I still find myself starting to take the drops before I eat. I really got myself into the routine in the last few weeks. I have to stop myself since you don&#8217;t take the drops on the last 3 days of the low calorie diet. </p>
<p>I lost one more pound. I&#8217;m at 150. That&#8217;s a great ending number to finish off the program with, don&#8217;t you think? That&#8217;s a total of 21 pounds lost in 25 days. I think that&#8217;s pretty amazing! Those are fantastic numbers. I didn&#8217;t only lose the weight either. I also picked up some really good habits. I&#8217;m much more likely to stick to this weight now that I know how to eat healthy and I&#8217;m used to eating healthy. I also learned how to cook a lot of different (and easy) healthy foods and meals. I now drink a lot more water. And I&#8217;m in the habit of weighing myself every morning. That&#8217;s a lot of good habits to pick up in a month!</p>
<p>I attempted to make a smoothie today. Alright, alright! I thought about it. But it&#8217;s just too dang chilly to really enjoy a frozen beverage. Instead I opted for strawberries with Stevia. I also had turkey tomato soup (a favorite) and Melba Toasts. The soup section was definitely my favorite section of the cookbook, but that could be because it&#8217;s winter! </p>
<p>I put the pitcher of water out on the counter this morning so I could watch as I drank all the water I should drink in a day. It&#8217;s the best way I&#8217;ve found to make sure that I get enough water throughout the day. I wanted to make sure I did it right. It&#8217;s my last day so it&#8217;s my last chance to get it exactly right. </p>
<p>For dinner I grilled some chicken (with my new favorite seasoning, Creole) and paired it with my favorite steamed cabbage and followed it with Mock Apple Cobbler. It was kind of like a mini HCG approved feast. </p>
<p>I heard that people often lose more weight during the maintenance diet (that&#8217;s what some of the oral HCG reviews said, anyway). I&#8217;m hoping I&#8217;m one of those people. That would be a fabulous added bonus! But if all I lose is 21 pounds&#8230;that&#8217;s absolutely fabulous! And I&#8217;m happy with it.</p>

<p>Exercise routines for Lower Abs for males and females</p>
<p>Leg Lifts</p>
<p>This is the most simple of all of the exercise program mes for lower abs for men and ladies. You need to lie down on a flat surface, and place your arms on your side. Tighten your abdominal muscles, control your breathing and lift both your legs up off the ground, till they are vertical to the ground. Keep them there for a few seconds.</p>
<p>Then delicately lower them back onto the ground. Begin with sets of 10 &#8211; fifteen repetitions and perform two &#8211; 3 sets at a time. As you progress and your abs get stronger, you can increase the amount of repetitions per set.</p>
<p>Alternate Leg Walk</p>
<p>This exercise is very similar to leg lifts. You need to seat yourself in a similar manner as before and then proceed. Now lift your legs together till they are at an angle of forty five degrees to the ground. Now delicately lower one leg towards the ground, but confirm not to let that leg rest on the ground. Meanwhile the other leg must remain as it was. Now get the leg you moved back up and move the second leg towards the ground. Set the number of repetitions for yourself dependent on how long you can continue this process. Do not forget to time your breathing to perfection.</p>
<p>Leg Circles</p>
<p>This is another one of the best exercise programmes for lower abs for ladies and men, that you&#8217;re going to come across on innumerable occasions. You must lie down on a leveled surface for this exercise also. Place your hands under your lumbar region or your butt. Now you want to lift your legs up to a 90 degree angle ( just like you probably did for the leg lifts exercise ) and revolve both your legs together in a clockwise or anti-clockwise direction. As you feel your abs getting stronger, you can increase the number of circles you make.</p>

However, for the rest of us, cuisine is a source of every day pleasure and, like a beverage, it is often used to commemorate a celebration. not only that, but different foods are used for the different meals or distinct events.</p>
<p>Commemorative meals were indubitably planned around the seasonal foods available, but some foodstuffs were ferried huge distances for the benefit of those who could afford them. For example, my Dad considered it a grand treat to be given an orange in his stocking on Christmas Day 60 years ago. How the times have altered! Very few kids would think an orange a gift, special or not, any day of the year nowadays.</p>
<p>Nevertheless, the storage of foodstuff is still a daily affair and therefore, I have written a few good tips on storing foodstuff below, so that you will obtain the best from that which you have purchased or grown in your garden even a long time afterward.</p>
<p><u>The Quickest Quiche:</u> a quiche is the conventional healthy fast food and this is one of the finest quick methods to make one. Put one onion, four eggs four ounces/125 grammes of butter, half a pint/250 ml milk, baking powder, 2 ounces/60 grammes of grated Cheddar cheese, parsley, salt and pepper and whatever else you like into a strong food mixer/blender. Whirl it all up together and pour it into an appropriate dish, lined if you have it with some pre-made, shop bought, pastry. Bake at 190C/375F/Gas Mark 6 for 40 minutes. It serves four and is delicious.</p>
<p><u>Heavenly Hamburgers:</u> next time you make hamburgers, do not salt the meat before cooking them. Use your traditional recipe and make the patties as normal. Then, put a handful of sea salt in your favourite heavy duty frying pan and heat it up to very hot. Drop the hamburgers onto the salt and cook as usual. The outside of the hamburger will go crisp and the fat will be kept to the absolute minimum.</p>
<p><u>Salmon In The Papers:</u> a fantastic way to cook a whole salmon is to cook it in newspaper. You ought to try it. Prepare your salmon according to your favourite recipe. Then wrap in three or four thoroughly drenched sheets of newspaper (any one). Make a nice parcel out of it; as neat as you can. Place the soaking-wet parcel on a baking tray in the centre of a moderate oven. Bake until the paper is dry on the top and then turn it over. When that side is dry the salmon is done. It&#8217;ll take about an hour. If you want to eat it hot, peal the paper off straight away and dish up. If you want to eat it cold, leave the package until it is cold and then unwrap. Either way the skin will stick to the newspaper.</p>
<p><u>Off The Wall:</u> if you are unsure when spaghetti is fit to be eaten, through a strand at a tiled wall. If it sticks, it is done.</p>
<p><u>Cheap And Cheerful:</u> for a quick, healthy, unusual summer sandwich filling, pick some fresh, young dandelion leaves; wash them thoroughly; dress if you wish and put between slices off a good loaf of bread.</p>

Too many people these days just think its a question of &#8216;getting as much down as possible in as little time as possible&#8217;. This is the wrong approach.</p>
<p>After all, most people realize that a good meal does not consist of eating as many chips as possible in fifteen minutes, so why should that principle not apply to having a drink too? You will get far more pleasure from a bottle of wine, if you spend an extra dollar on it and drink it slowly with a friend and some appropriate food than if you swill down a cheap bottle of plonk on your own. It makes evident sense, but not everyone realizes it.</p>
<p>So, with that thought in mind, I have put together a few tips on how to get more pleasure from your alcoholic drinks, if you are old enough and of that frame of mind.</p>
<p>Gin and Vodka &#8211; if these white spirits are your proffered tipple, always keep the bottle in the fridge, not the drinks cupboard. Keep the mixers in the fridge too. That way the ice will last longer and you will not be tempted to have to swig it down before the ice melts. If you are having friends around, go one step further and put the bottle in the freezer. It will not go solid. You can even cut the top off a plastic cola bottle, put the bottle of gin or vodka in that, fill it with water and then freeze it. Remove the plastic bottle and you have an attractive &#8220;collar of ice&#8221; around your bottle.</p>
<p>The Last Tot &#8211; five minutes or so after finishing a bottle of spirits, tip it out one more time and the bottle that you thought was drained will deliver one more tot of contents. It is not a lot, but it is a satisfying free surprise. The same works for many alcohol based items including underarm roll-on and perfume.</p>
<p>White Wine &#8211; white wines taste better when they have been gently chilled over a prolonged length of time, but if you get caught out by surprise visitors, put the bottle of wine in a jug of ice and cold water. Try not to have to put it in the deep freeze, it is too harsh, but if you must, then ten minutes is all that it takes.</p>
<p>Port &#8211; it is always better to decant port and older, heavier red wines, because of the sediment that may be at the bottom of the bottle, which tastes horrible and because it aids the aeration of the wine. However, it is not always easy to see when the lees are coming. The manuals say to use a candle, but they were written a hundred years ago. The concentrated beam from a torch is far better. Try using a Durabeam because its swivel head allows it to be aimed more precisely.</p>
<p>Decanters &#8211; sometimes the stopper becomes stuck fast. Tap it with another glass item and it should come loose. If not, run the neck of the decanter under hot water for a few seconds and it will come out.</p>
<p>Labels &#8211; if you store your wine in a damp place where the labels are likely to rot or fall off, spray them with hair lacquer first.</p>
