<p>A food dehydrator is one of the most common methods to achieve a warm cooked taste in raw food. It works by using low heat to extract water out of food. To ensure that enzymes are not destroyed, be sure to keep the temperature setting on your dehydrator to under 115F. Using a dehydrator you can make raw crackers and even raw cookies.There are many great raw dehydrator recipes out there.</p>
<p>Method #2 Use Hot Water to warm raw food</p>

Researchers are finding out that the escalating problem has been counter productive to all the recent advances in health care and medical breakthroughs. A 2004 study by the CDC found out that while smoking caused approximately 435,000 deaths, obesity was linked to almost 400,000 deaths.  Poor dieting and a sedentary lifestyle is often the primary cause for obesity. According to the study approximately 64% of Americans can be classified as obese and if the trend continues it is estimated that by 2020, obesity related diseases and conditions will constitute 20% of all health care spending.</p>
<p>Proper dieting along with a consistent exercise regiment is one of the best ways to fight obesity.  Exercising is generally cardio based or resistance training base. Although both types of exercising will help fight obesity by losing fat, only resistance training builds lean muscle. By building lean muscle, you gain a stronger, more defined body, that will in the long run continue to burn fat and help you keep the weight off for good.</p>
<p>Building lean muscle takes patience, persistence, dedication and a lot of hard work.  The results do not happen overnight; however, if the correct methods are followed, you will see results.  Once again, one of the most important aspects to reaching your fitness salvation is persistence.  You must make wise food choices &#8220;portion control, types of food, 5 to 6 small meals a day&#8221; and make the time to dedicate at least one hour a day for exercising &#8220;3 to 5 days a week.&#8221;</p>
<p>An often overlooked aspect on the road to fitness salvation, is the conditioning of the mind.  If you stop and take time to think about it, the motivation to improve the way you look and feel about yourself has to be in place before any physical activity can take place.  A strong mental foundation will help you overcome feeling intimidated at the gym because you see  individuals working out along beside you who appear to be in better shape than you are.    You will sabotage your workout effects less by resisting the urge to make a run to your local fast food restaurant after working out.  You will push yourself each week in the gym to do more than the week before and your overall education about nutrition and exercising in general will improve.  Several studies have suggested that it takes approximately 21 days for your mind to become conditioned to new behaviors.  I believe that there is some truth to that because it reminds me of the time when I was learning to ski.  The ski instructor told us that it takes about &#8220;200 lefts and rights&#8221; before you start to feel more comfortable going down the slope.   After a few nervous ski runs down the slopes,  I noticed that my reactions were becoming more reactive than thinking and then reacting.</p>
<p>Twenty one days isn&#8217;t a long time considering it took a whole lifetime to create the bad habits that led to one becoming obese.  Once the mind is conditioned, the physical aspect will follow accordingly.  The fun part begins as you are halfway down the road to fitness salvation.  Exercising or going to the gym will become as routine as waking up in the morning, showering and brushing your teeth.  The cravings for sweets and fatty foods will diminish, and you will find that eating lean protein and vegetables will become more fulfilling.  By using proper techniques and forms during resistance training will start to replace the fat with lean muscle.  Shrinking waistlines and better fitting clothes will further provide the necessary motivation to continue on the path to fitness salvation.  There is no better time than the present to begin traveling down the road to fitness salvation.  Write down your fitness goals, find an effective fitness plan, and dedicate yourself to sticking with your plans for 21 days.  At the end of the first 21 days, you find yourself halfway down the road to fitness salvation.</p>
