<p>They are a total waste of your time. I&#8217;ll show you what you can do instead that&#8217;ll let you lose 1.75 inches or more from your waist in one or two short weeks.</p>
<p>Best Ab Exercises For ladies</p>
<p>1. Vacuum Pose</p>
<p>This exercise decreases inches off of your waist better than any other exercise you can do. It&#8217;s like sucking in your belly, but it is&#8217;s different in how it&#8217;s performed. What you do is suck in your belly button area ( your lower abs ) for as long as you can&#8230; Try for a minimum of 15-60 seconds everytime. Rest then repeat. Doing just 5 mins a day will make 1.75 inches of fat vanish around your waist in less than a month.</p>
<p>2. Hula hoop</p>
<p>Hear me out, this is not just for kids. It&#8217;s superb for toning and shaping the entire waist area&#8230; Making it a lot slimmer and giving it a very female look to it. Do this for 10 minutes a day.</p>
<p>3. Hindu Squats</p>
<p>This isn&#8217;t a direct ab exercise, but it indirectly works the abs as the abs are stabilizer muscles in the movement. Also, since these create such a massive oxygen deficit in your body, your body sucks up body-fat for fast energy&#8230; Customarily body-fat from your waist.</p>
<p>What you do is squat up and down extremely fast. No weights are concerned, you can do this at home. Be sure to swipe your finger tips onto the ground with each passing repetition.</p>
<p>Do one hundred repetitions in less than five mins. It&#8217;s not easy, but it is not hard either. Those are three of the best ab exercises for women to do to create a pleasant, lean, female waistline.</p>

<p>Reducing belly fat remains one of the most difficult Top 10 New Year&#8217;s Resolutions for many people and it is amazing how it continues to be in the list year in, year out.</p>
<p>So instead of saying losing weight why am I saying get rid of belly fat instead? The reason is this: a flat ab or six pack abs is an indicator of how fit you are &#8211; you will not have great abs if you are not fit. Hence, if you focus on getting rid of your belly fat, you will inevitably also lose weight.</p>
<p>Alright, so is there a way to really remove get rid of belly fat from our Top 10 New Year&#8217;s Resolutions list?</p>
<p>Well the answer is an absolute yes&#8230;</p>
<p>You need three steps. These are Mindset (M), Nutrition(N) and Workouts (W) in the order of priority. I called it the MNW principle.</p>
<p>The first one is the most important step &#8211; Mindset. Most people failed to reduce belly fat and remove it from their Top 10 New Year&#8217;s Resolutions list because they fail in this step.</p>
<p>Let&#8217;s do this immediately:</p>
<p>1.Picture exactly the things you desire (think about how you want to feel, how you would like to look..)</p>
<p>2.Tell yourself you are going to love doing what you are about to do</p>
<p>3.Be specific and list down the goals you want to achieve (such as the hours to set aside every single week for workouts, the time period to achieve your goals, the type of food you want to skip)</p>
<p>4.Really believe that your goals are achievable</p>
<p>Once you have put yourself in the right frame of mind, you need to tackle nutrition next. Nutrition is way more important than your workouts. The simple reason for this is that there is no exercise in this world that can remove the junk you put into your body.</p>
<p>The simple guide about Nutrition is to eat healthy, natural foods.</p>
<p>Processed foods are the culprits in bad nutrition. Just eat natural foods like fresh vegetables and fruits, nuts and meats.</p>
<p>Now if you have been eating foods with healthy labels such as low fat, low sugar, diet or slim and think you are doing a mighty fine job of eating healthily, then you are in for a rude shock. These so called &#8220;health foods&#8221; are nothing more than a marketing gimmick to ride on the health trends. They are still processed foods and no less unhealthy as those without these labels (and way more expensive too).</p>
<p>Also if you really want to lose those stubborn belly fat fast, stop eating fast foods. Avoid them like the plague. And start teaching yourself to read food labels. Healthy eating starts when you are shopping for your groceries. Make sure you avoid anything with transfats in it.</p>
<p>Once you get nutrition on the right footing, your workout is actually a much easier step. But first let&#8217;s correct your idea of what actually is a good workout.</p>
<p>Most people have the mistaken idea that a great workout means long cardio exercises. Heck most fitness trainers told you so too. However, long cardios are not the ideal workout if you want to lose fat, which is what you need to do if you want to reduce belly fat. Cardios gives you constant heart rate which is not good for burning fat. You need workouts that give you a range of heart rates instead.</p>
<p>I give you an example of a great fat burning exercise. If you do a quick round of skipping for say 30 seconds, slow down to recover your breath and go at it again, you will lose way more fat then long hours of cardio. And the best part is you only need ten to 15 minutes of this intense workout to burn fat and get rid of belly fat.</p>
<p>One of the reasons many people failed to remove their stubborn fat is because they got bored with the workouts. Don&#8217;t keep doing the same exercises all the time. Inject variety in your routines. Change skipping to swimming or sprinting or cycling. Variety means fun and fun means you will enjoy your workouts and make working out a habit.</p>
<p>Yes it is as simple as that. Just 3 steps to reduce belly fat and meet one of your goals in your Top 10 New Year&#8217;s Resolutions!</p>

<p>1.Do Belly Rubs</p>
<p>What you do is rub your hands together really hard for 15 seconds. Now, while lying down, rub tiny circles around you belly button with one of the hands for half a minute. Rest and repeat for a total of 5 minutes a day. Best to do it twice per day for 2-3 mins each time.</p>
<p>This works thanks to the heat energy in your hands. It is going straight thru your skin and right into the belly fat deposits&#8230; Either loosening them up for excretion or literally destroying them right on the spot.</p>
<p>2.Eat 3 apples a day</p>
<p>Giggle at the dull tip if you need, but if you want an easy way to lose 2 pounds a month for some months&#8230; Here it is.</p>
<p>3.Jump on a mini-trampoline during your spare time</p>
<p>This is a great and convenient exercise. What I do that literally saves me 10&#8217;s of hours of time every month is I jump on the mini-trampoline during TV commercials. So I combine my television time with my workout time&#8230; Thus saving a gigantic bit of workout time and the drives to and from the gym!</p>
<p>You&#8217;d be amazed at how many commercials get stuffed into tv programs&#8230; About 22 minutes worth of commercials an hour. So get jumping&#8230; It&#8217;s maybe the best $25 I ever invested.</p>
<p>4.Walk on an incline</p>
<p>I hate walking and jogging when it comes to weight reduction. A nice walk is fine, but I do it for leisure, not weight loss. But walking on an incline, WOW, that&#8217;s a massively weight loss exercise.</p>
<p>So if you can find a treadmill, incline it 10-15 degrees and walk on it for 15-20 mins. Try it and get back to me&#8230; Malevolent laugh! It is a love-hate kind of exercise. You&#8217;re going to love the weight reduction results&#8230; Particularly it peeling away belly fat.</p>

<p>While crunches have their critics, this basic exercise when done properly can be highly effective for developing your upper abs. The upper abs are reasonably straightforward to get ripped, and the convenience and straightforwardness of crunches makes this one of the 6 best ab exercises.</p>
<p>2. Leg Raises.</p>
<p>The most uncooperative part of the gut to outline are the lower abs. This is where leg raises come in. They specifically work those lower abs. By doing leg raises you isolate and work the lower portion while not permitting the higher abs to help in doing any of the work.</p>
<p>3. Side Crunches.</p>
<p>there are numerous fluctuations to side crunches, but when you get comfortable with the change that works for you, your obliques ( side abdominal muscles ) will be on their way to getting ripped.</p>

While a slim, muscled midsection looks great, it&#8217;ll look even better on a body which is well toned all around. Incorporate ab exercises into your routine for nice looking abs &#8211; and a nice looking body!</p>
<p>There are actually a few good ab exercises out there. If you try one and it&#8217;s not for you, just move on, there&#8217;s a lot more to choose from. Each exercise works better for some folks than others. You could have to try many before finding some which you like. And of course, your abs still get a session irrespective of which one you choose.</p>
<p>1. Still Bike Crunches &#8211; Now while crunches can&#8217;t do the job alone, they&#8217;re advantageous. Bicycle crunches employ your ab muscle regions : rectus abdominal, lower abdominal and oblique abs. Do this exercise lying on the floor, back rounded and hands behind the neck to avoid straining yourself. Your higher abs will be engaged, and your lower abs will come into play as you lift your knees up to form a ninety degree angle. Move the other knee to the centre of your body while moving the opposite elbow to your knee. Alternate sides for one full count everytime.</p>
<p>2. Kickboxing and karate skills &#8211; You can do classes at the gym or try using TaeBo tapes. The pulling down motions of your arms and the upward motion of your legs is like doing a crunch standing up! Kickboxing uses all of your abdominal muscles and helps your full body burn fat. All of the movements you can do are done with your abs tightened ; this helps you keep balance for a better workout.</p>
<p>3. Torso Twists &#8211; A body twist tightens your abs as you move from side to side in brief rapid movements. You must do this one right to actually benefit your abs. Broomstick twists are done by standing and doing a sweeping motion first on one side, then the other. Stand with bent knees and arms extended on either side. Try to keep your hips still as you do the exercise. You need to make your abs do the work here.</p>
