<p>Best Ab Exercises For ladies</p>
<p>1. Vacuum Pose</p>
<p>This exercise decreases inches off of your waist better than any other exercise you can do. It&#8217;s like sucking in your belly, but it is&#8217;s different in how it&#8217;s performed. What you do is suck in your belly button area ( your lower abs ) for as long as you can&#8230; Try for a minimum of 15-60 seconds everytime. Rest then repeat. Doing just 5 mins a day will make 1.75 inches of fat vanish around your waist in less than a month.</p>
<p>2. Hula hoop</p>
<p>Hear me out, this is not just for kids. It&#8217;s superb for toning and shaping the entire waist area&#8230; Making it a lot slimmer and giving it a very female look to it. Do this for 10 minutes a day.</p>
<p>3. Hindu Squats</p>
<p>This isn&#8217;t a direct ab exercise, but it indirectly works the abs as the abs are stabilizer muscles in the movement. Also, since these create such a massive oxygen deficit in your body, your body sucks up body-fat for fast energy&#8230; Customarily body-fat from your waist.</p>
<p>What you do is squat up and down extremely fast. No weights are concerned, you can do this at home. Be sure to swipe your finger tips onto the ground with each passing repetition.</p>
<p>Do one hundred repetitions in less than five mins. It&#8217;s not easy, but it is not hard either. Those are three of the best ab exercises for women to do to create a pleasant, lean, female waistline.</p>

<p>Reduce Belly Fat &#8211; Diet and Exercises</p>
<p>1.Do Belly Rubs</p>
<p>What you do is rub your hands together really hard for 15 seconds. Now, while lying down, rub tiny circles around you belly button with one of the hands for half a minute. Rest and repeat for a total of 5 minutes a day. Best to do it twice per day for 2-3 mins each time.</p>
<p>This works thanks to the heat energy in your hands. It is going straight thru your skin and right into the belly fat deposits&#8230; Either loosening them up for excretion or literally destroying them right on the spot.</p>
<p>2.Eat 3 apples a day</p>
<p>Giggle at the dull tip if you need, but if you want an easy way to lose 2 pounds a month for some months&#8230; Here it is.</p>
<p>3.Jump on a mini-trampoline during your spare time</p>
<p>This is a great and convenient exercise. What I do that literally saves me 10&#8217;s of hours of time every month is I jump on the mini-trampoline during TV commercials. So I combine my television time with my workout time&#8230; Thus saving a gigantic bit of workout time and the drives to and from the gym!</p>
<p>You&#8217;d be amazed at how many commercials get stuffed into tv programs&#8230; About 22 minutes worth of commercials an hour. So get jumping&#8230; It&#8217;s maybe the best $25 I ever invested.</p>
<p>4.Walk on an incline</p>
<p>I hate walking and jogging when it comes to weight reduction. A nice walk is fine, but I do it for leisure, not weight loss. But walking on an incline, WOW, that&#8217;s a massively weight loss exercise.</p>
<p>So if you can find a treadmill, incline it 10-15 degrees and walk on it for 15-20 mins. Try it and get back to me&#8230; Malevolent laugh! It is a love-hate kind of exercise. You&#8217;re going to love the weight reduction results&#8230; Particularly it peeling away belly fat.</p>

These diet plans are gaining immense popularity due to their publicity, testimonials and reviews and you may be confused as to exactly which one to follow. So before you choose which weight loss plan to follow, try checking out the following summaries of the most popular diet programs around today.</p>
<p><i>The Atkins&#8217; New Diet Revolution</i> by Dr. Atkins: This diet plan promotes a high protein diet with fewer carbohydrates. You can dine heartily on vegetables and meat, but must not eat bread, rice or pasta. You are not restricted on your fat intake so it is all right to pour on the (correct) salad dressing and freely spread on the butter. However, during the diet, some people may find themselves lacking fibre and high on fat and cholesterol. Grains and fruits are also strictly limited.</p>
<p><i>The Carbohydrate Addict&#8217;s Diet</i> by Drs. Heller. This diet programme also advocates following a low carbohydrate diet. It suggests eating mostly meats, vegetables and fruit, dairy and grain products. however, advises against taking in too many carbohydrates. So-called &#8220;Reward Meals&#8221; can be quite high in fats and saturated fats.</p>
<p><i>Choose to Lose</i>: by Dr. Goor. It advises restricting your fat consumption. You are allowed a &#8220;fat&#8221; budget, but you are given free reign on how to spend it. It does not pressure people to regulate their carbohydrate intake. Eating meat and poultry as well as low-fat dairy and seafood is no problem. You can also eat vegetables, fruits, cereals, bread and pasta. This weight loss plan is fairly healthy, because it advises correct amounts of fruits and vegetables as well as saturated fats. Watch your triglyceride levels though. If they are high, trim down on the carbohydrates and eat more unsaturated fats.</p>
<p><i>The DASH Diet</i>. Advocates eating a moderate amount of fat and protein but a great deal of carbohydrates. It was primarily created to reduce blood pressure. The diet plan follows the pyramid food guide and encourages a high consumption of whole wheat grains and fruit and vegetables and low-fat dairy. Some dieters think it advocates too much eating to create significant weight loss.</p>

<p><i>Eat Right for Your Type</i>: This plan is quite interesting because it centres its advice on your blood group. For instance, it advises lots of meat for people with the blood type O. However, diet plans for some blood types are nutritionally imbalanced and very low in calories. <p><i>The Pritkin Principle</i>: It focuses on cutting back on the amount of calories by eating &#8216;wet&#8217; foods that make you feel full. It recommends eating vegetables, fruits, oatmeal, pasta, soups, salads and low-fat dairy, which it says is OK, although it also restricts protein sources to lean meat, seafood and poultry. It is healthy since it allows low amounts of saturated fats and rather large amounts of vegetables and fruits. However, it is low on calcium and restricts lean protein sources.</p>
<p><i>Volumetrics</i>: It provides for eating fewer calories. It advises roughly the same foods as Pritkin but limits fatty food and dry foods like popcorn, pretzels and crackers. This diet is fairly healthy given the high volume of fruit and vegetables. It is also low in calories and saturated fats.</p>
<p><i>The Zone</i>: It is fairly low on carbohydrates but fairly high on proteins. It encourages low-fat protein foods like fish and chicken plus vegetables, fruits and grains. It is also healthy but short on grains and calcium.</p>
<p><i>Weight Watchers</i>: High carbohydrates, yet moderate on fats and proteins. A very healthy diet plan and very flexible too. It allows the dieter to plan his own meals rather than offering recipes, although there are WW TV dinners in the shops.</p>

<p>Engage yourself in internal and external bustles. Wholesome bustles are beneficial to make both your body and mind feel easy and comfy. People with bodily unfit conditions are often noticed to have relentless stress.</p>
<p>2) Eat proper food &#8211; In order to reach your health and fitness goals, you must always strive to take balanced diet. This will not affect your busy daily routine. One can easily manage it by eating fresh fruits and vegetables.</p>
<p>Firstly, eat more vegetables, fruits, grains and drink water. Secondly, avoid oily, fats, salt and junk food. Thirdly, prefer homemade dishes and items.</p>
<p>3) Workouts on a daily basis &#8211; Being active is an essential part of your life especially when you are trying to achieve goals regarding health and fitness. Workouts or exercise does not always mean to go gym and do heavy exercise. Workout means to have a brisk walk on daily basis. That walk must be of 20 minutes daily and then gradually increase it to 60 minutes. It really helps you to be active, energize your body and mind as well. After walking you will feel remarkable change in your performance also.</p>
<p>4) Take proper sleep &#8211; Sleep is the key factor in achieving health goals. It plays an extremely important role, because every aspect of human or its body is indulged with sleeping pattern one has. While sleeping you are only resting but your whole body is in working position to make you feel better at the time you wake up.</p>
<p>Experts recommend at least six to eight hours of sleep for a normal person. However this time may vary from person to person. It is therefore advised to take the recommended average sleep time in order to stay fit.</p>
<p>5. Wholesome way of living: Permanence of elongated life is said to be dependent upon the choice and adoption of the way of living by various people. By superior and wholesome way of living, we mean; ingestion of nutritious foodstuff, exercise, cerebral health and less tension.</p>
<p>6) Routine Check-ups: It is recommended that routine checkups must be conducted so that diseases can be diagnosed in time and cured.</p>
<p>7) Avoid smoking: Smoking is injurious to health as it causes a number of cancers. For a healthy living and sound breathing, it is recommended to evade smoking.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Everybody wants their midsection to look great. If your abs are not in good shape, you are no-one, at least to some. While a slim, muscled midsection looks great, it&#8217;ll look even better on a body which is well toned all around. Incorporate ab exercises into your routine for nice looking abs &#8211; and a nice looking body!</p>
<p>There are actually a few good ab exercises out there. If you try one and it&#8217;s not for you, just move on, there&#8217;s a lot more to choose from. Each exercise works better for some folks than others. You could have to try many before finding some which you like. And of course, your abs still get a session irrespective of which one you choose.</p>
<p>1. Still Bike Crunches &#8211; Now while crunches can&#8217;t do the job alone, they&#8217;re advantageous. Bicycle crunches employ your ab muscle regions : rectus abdominal, lower abdominal and oblique abs. Do this exercise lying on the floor, back rounded and hands behind the neck to avoid straining yourself. Your higher abs will be engaged, and your lower abs will come into play as you lift your knees up to form a ninety degree angle. Move the other knee to the centre of your body while moving the opposite elbow to your knee. Alternate sides for one full count everytime.</p>
<p>2. Kickboxing and karate skills &#8211; You can do classes at the gym or try using TaeBo tapes. The pulling down motions of your arms and the upward motion of your legs is like doing a crunch standing up! Kickboxing uses all of your abdominal muscles and helps your full body burn fat. All of the movements you can do are done with your abs tightened ; this helps you keep balance for a better workout.</p>
<p>3. Torso Twists &#8211; A body twist tightens your abs as you move from side to side in brief rapid movements. You must do this one right to actually benefit your abs. Broomstick twists are done by standing and doing a sweeping motion first on one side, then the other. Stand with bent knees and arms extended on either side. Try to keep your hips still as you do the exercise. You need to make your abs do the work here.</p>
