<p>Leg Lifts</p>
<p>This is the most simple of all of the exercise program mes for lower abs for men and ladies. You need to lie down on a flat surface, and place your arms on your side. Tighten your abdominal muscles, control your breathing and lift both your legs up off the ground, till they are vertical to the ground. Keep them there for a few seconds.</p>
<p>Then delicately lower them back onto the ground. Begin with sets of 10 &#8211; fifteen repetitions and perform two &#8211; 3 sets at a time. As you progress and your abs get stronger, you can increase the amount of repetitions per set.</p>
<p>Alternate Leg Walk</p>
<p>This exercise is very similar to leg lifts. You need to seat yourself in a similar manner as before and then proceed. Now lift your legs together till they are at an angle of forty five degrees to the ground. Now delicately lower one leg towards the ground, but confirm not to let that leg rest on the ground. Meanwhile the other leg must remain as it was. Now get the leg you moved back up and move the second leg towards the ground. Set the number of repetitions for yourself dependent on how long you can continue this process. Do not forget to time your breathing to perfection.</p>

Too many people these days just think its a question of &#8216;getting as much down as possible in as little time as possible&#8217;. This is the wrong approach.</p>
<p>After all, most people realize that a good meal does not consist of eating as many chips as possible in fifteen minutes, so why should that principle not apply to having a drink too? You will get far more pleasure from a bottle of wine, if you spend an extra dollar on it and drink it slowly with a friend and some appropriate food than if you swill down a cheap bottle of plonk on your own. It makes evident sense, but not everyone realizes it.</p>
<p>So, with that thought in mind, I have put together a few tips on how to get more pleasure from your alcoholic drinks, if you are old enough and of that frame of mind.</p>
<p>Gin and Vodka &#8211; if these white spirits are your proffered tipple, always keep the bottle in the fridge, not the drinks cupboard. Keep the mixers in the fridge too. That way the ice will last longer and you will not be tempted to have to swig it down before the ice melts. If you are having friends around, go one step further and put the bottle in the freezer. It will not go solid. You can even cut the top off a plastic cola bottle, put the bottle of gin or vodka in that, fill it with water and then freeze it. Remove the plastic bottle and you have an attractive &#8220;collar of ice&#8221; around your bottle.</p>
<p>The Last Tot &#8211; five minutes or so after finishing a bottle of spirits, tip it out one more time and the bottle that you thought was drained will deliver one more tot of contents. It is not a lot, but it is a satisfying free surprise. The same works for many alcohol based items including underarm roll-on and perfume.</p>
<p>White Wine &#8211; white wines taste better when they have been gently chilled over a prolonged length of time, but if you get caught out by surprise visitors, put the bottle of wine in a jug of ice and cold water. Try not to have to put it in the deep freeze, it is too harsh, but if you must, then ten minutes is all that it takes.</p>
<p>Port &#8211; it is always better to decant port and older, heavier red wines, because of the sediment that may be at the bottom of the bottle, which tastes horrible and because it aids the aeration of the wine. However, it is not always easy to see when the lees are coming. The manuals say to use a candle, but they were written a hundred years ago. The concentrated beam from a torch is far better. Try using a Durabeam because its swivel head allows it to be aimed more precisely.</p>
<p>Decanters &#8211; sometimes the stopper becomes stuck fast. Tap it with another glass item and it should come loose. If not, run the neck of the decanter under hot water for a few seconds and it will come out.</p>
<p>Labels &#8211; if you store your wine in a damp place where the labels are likely to rot or fall off, spray them with hair lacquer first.</p>

If you have a goal in mind, you have to put your mind to it and work hard to achieve that goal. It will take hard work and you have to really put your mind to it. But you will get to your goal, if you continue with the routine everyday. There are ways to rapidly build muscles without jeopardizing your health.</p>
<p>It is very important to follow the points mentioned below,in order to give a significant boost to your bodybuilding process.</p>
<p>Strong determination and will power, it is the first step to start working on your bodybuilding program. It is very important to have strong will power and determination to build a well toned muscular body. You need to accept the fact that building muscles is not an easy task. It often happens that people feel motivated in the initial days of their bodybuilding program and gradually the motivation fades away when they realize it takes a lot to achieve what they want. This happens to almost everyone and this is where strong determination and will power is required to keep you going.</p>
<p>Routine life is another very important factor that you need to keep in mind. Leading a haphazard life is not going to do you much good in your bodybuilding process. You need to follow a routine life to get the best results out of your bodybuilding program.</p>

Young children who are interested in gymnastics will learn many helpful skills such as control, focus and discipline. It&#8217;s never too late to start gymnastic classes. You will also learn some beneficial exercises on the trampoline.</p>
<p>Watching Olympic gymnastics perform on TV is fascinating. They do incredible stunts on trampolines, rings and uneven bars. The novice gymnast will learn the basics such as tucks, roll-overs and handstands. Certain muscles need to be strengthened in order to hold your own weight. Children aged 3 or 4 quickly learn exercises and their bodies become supple very quickly.</p>
<p>Students start by learning the basics of using a trampoline for tumbling. They then perfect the tumble track and the double mini. There are all sizes of trampolines &#8211; the smaller ones are used for beginners. The larger trampolines are perfect for low-impact training.</p>
<p>Coaches talk about students getting air-time on a trampoline. This means the more time they spend bouncing and learning control, the sooner they can learn other skills. Somersaults and other more difficult moves are for the more advanced student.</p>
<p>Because trampolines have a sprung surface, they are safer to land on than a floor. There is less chance of getting RSI (repetitive stress injuries) when landing on a trampoline. When practicing, you can do many repetitions in a quicker time on a trampoline.</p>
<p>A trampoline at home is great not only for the aspiring gymnast, but for every member of the family. The gymnast can have practice sessions while mom, dad, brothers and sisters can get fit. A 14 foot built-in trampoline is ideal, but there are other sizes that are free standing. Even a mini trampoline is excellent for training and exercising.</p>

<p>1. Vacuum Pose</p>
<p>This exercise decreases inches off of your waist better than any other exercise you can do. It&#8217;s like sucking in your belly, but it is&#8217;s different in how it&#8217;s performed. What you do is suck in your belly button area ( your lower abs ) for as long as you can&#8230; Try for a minimum of 15-60 seconds everytime. Rest then repeat. Doing just 5 mins a day will make 1.75 inches of fat vanish around your waist in less than a month.</p>

<p>What you do is squat up and down extremely fast. No weights are concerned, you can do this at home. Be sure to swipe your finger tips onto the ground with each passing repetition.</p>
